MIA
hello, all. yes, all 5 of you who care enough to read my blog. sorry, i've been MIA. grace complained to me that i havn't updated my blog in WEEKS. yes...been a bit preoccupied. LONG STORY... i'll spare y'all of the details.
so, last week, when i went to jusco, i made sure to leave late in the evening so as not to run into any of my students. however, since we will be having the sports festival this week, many students have been staying late to make the banners for their homeroom class. i didn't know this. so, while i was riding my bike into the parking lot, a kid in front of me turned back to have a look at me. he was one of my students when i first arrived to japan. so, now he's a 3rd year student. he took a double take and BROKE NECK to have a better look. then, he continued to peer at me to make sure that a goddess really wasn't riding behind him. i rode up next to him, smiled, and said in japanese, "i'm human too. i need to go grocery shopping just like everyone else does." he laughed and nodded his head cuz he knew he was being stupid.
now, while i was in jusco, i think i may have mentioned this before in a previous blog...but, i realized that i was talking to myself quietly out loud. "now let's see.....aw godamnit. i passed the fucking cereal aisle. oh, well. i'll just go and pick it up on my way to the cashier. but, i also need tofu....nah. i don't need it. i can't eat all of it anyway..." this is all going on audibly. OH MY GOD!!! well, at least i don't talk really loud. then, i'd really have to grace beat me up for that one.
i'm sorry i havn't posted my vietnam pics yet. grace is going to teach me how to do it cuz she's more tech savvy that i am. i'm just a cyber whore.

an easy way to post photos is through the Hello program that Blogspot offers. it's free and easy to upload. plus, i don't htink there is a limit to how many pictures you can store there.
dude, my students do that too. or they do the "AH! (insert name here)!!"
but, eva, i have a mac! does that work for macs too?
