you know, i'm just waiting for the other foot to drop.....it's been too long since i've seen a cockroach in my apartment. it seems too good to be true, so it most likely is. last fall, i had a whole bunch of baby cockroaches in my apartment. gross. by now...they must be big fuckers that are ready to avenge the death of their fellow siblings that i mercilessly sprayed the shit out of with glee. nothing like watching that fucker turn over on it's back with it's legs flailing In the air. that's odd that cockroaches die on their backs....perhaps grace can explain this to me. she seems to know the answer to all this science shit.
i just finished club practice. the stupid guy that i teach with made me hurt my back. fucker. he can never do ANYTHING right. i swear. stupid men. god, i love beating the shit out of him. gives me the utmost satisfaction to basically castrate him and make him my bitch. okay okay...i'm just picking on him.
it's been raining non stop. can't wait for it to get warm. however....lots of rain means lots of plants pollinating when the sun shines afterwards. shiiiiiiiiit......

most bug sprays are a neurotoxin which causes insects to first become paralyzed and then they die. same goes with cockroach sprays. in its death throes, a cockroach will begin flailing it legs in an uncoordinated manner, which probably causes them to lose their balance and flip over on their backs. because their backs are nice and flat, it provides them with the perfect surface on which to lie down. Their legs will eventually become paralyzed and they will be unable to flip themselves right-side up. hence, they end up dead, lying on their backs, with their useless legs moving randomly... as they SHOULD, mother fuckes.

grace is a freakin' walking science encyclopedia. we all go running to her whenever we have science related questions. actually, we go to her for almost any kind of question. even if she doesn't know the answer, she'll BS something and it would still sound right.

Shannon, isn't it a great feeling when you stomp your foot on a cockroach?? I love it.
ew....i don't step on cockroaches cuz i don't want their guts on the bottom of my shoe or slipper or whatever. i think spraying them is a crueler death i like to partake in. this one time...my ojiichan in japan stepped on this 2 inch cockroach outside and it made the grossest crunching sound. i'll never forget that.....
