i turned 29. that is gross. i really didn't want to be reminded that it was my bday...which was a couple of weeks ago now.
i had to spend it in los angeles for a kendo tournament. my teammates surprised me and sang for me. that was sweet.
i always imagined that closer to 30, i'd be happier because i'd be more....more of an adult. settled. i think recently, as each day passes, i get more depressed and less optimistic.
on a different note, i love artists, musicians, writers....well, they're all artists. super sexy. i think most women tend to gravitate towards them.
i've dated a couple and always preach to other women to be aware. most of the time, artists = tortured souls. my experiences didn't end in my favor. well, one became one of my dearest friends. but, man....they were SUPER passionate but SUPER wishy washy.
i think the emcee (MC) is a sexy force to be reckoned with. there is nothing sexier than a man who can bring poetry to motion with impeccable delivery and smooth voice to boot.
Nas...he revolutionized hip-hop with his style of delivery. Pay attention to what he says on illmatic and HOW he says it. i'd love to make out with him...he's hot.
Common...he's still smooth and sexy even though he's a full fledged hollywood star now. and, until it was rumored that he was dating serena williams. whatever floats your boat i guess. i still remember catching him at a show when i was 17 in SF. i'm sure he has HELLA groupies. i wouldn't mind being an object of his affection.
Black Thought...not such a good looking dude, but man....just watch him perform and you will be enamored. he's brilliant.
all this hiphop talk makes me want to go to a show. a GOOD show.
wouldn't it be great if someone wrote a song or a poem about YOU? that'd be neat.
singers....i still love brandon boyd of incubus. man....he is HOT HOT HOT. i want to have his baby and have a beautiful happa child with a rock star daddy.
um....oh, and actors. i am VERY curious to know what it's like to date an actor. my friend is an actor and he was breaking it down for me how he basically has to give his "love interest" his heart in order to get into the character. it's no wonder that co-stars hook up all the time.
i want james mcevoy. he's not super hot, but he's got something about him that makes me want to tear his clothes off.
