i've noticed that my cat, wednesday, throws up quite often. anywhere in the house. at least once a week. it never occured to me that it happened that frequently cuz it was always no surprise to see random throw up in the house. but, now that i think about it....it's kinda odd. maybe it's time to take her to the vet. hmmm...

i've been drinking jamba juice everyday almost since it's become SO FUCKING HOT.

i think i lost about 5lbs in water weight after practice today....and gained it all back by drinking tons of gatorade.

i have no appetite when it's hot and when i'm thinking too much.

old white guys like the comic book guy in the Simpsons that like samurai shit, animae, and who are japanophiles tend to love me when they find their inner ronin warrior within themselves and start kendo. greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat. don't EVER jock the female sensei. bad news. especially if you're like the comic book guy from the simpsons.

i miss my friends overseas.

i told one of my kids, kimmy, that i felt like throwing up. she said, "maybe it's cuz you drink too much coffee, ms. shannon." good one.

i tend to get relationship advice from my 4-6 year old kids just to see what they'd say. they're so simple, pure, and innocent. awwww....must be nice not to be corrupted by love yet.

off to 7-11 to quench my thirst.
